Combe Cottage is a semi-detached 400 year old cottage built out of Cotswold stone with many exposed beams. Situated in the Golden Valley two miles out of Stroud, just off the A419 in the village of Brimscombe.

There is a living room with a solid fuel burning stove and sofa and dinning table, a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen and gas central heating. The cottage sleeps up to six with one double-bedded room on the first floor with a bathroom adjoining, and one large attic bedroom with one double bed and two singles. The property has very steep stairs and is not suitable for the disabled. The rear garden has a patio, large area of raised decking, BBQ and two patio sets with umbrella. There is off road parking for one car.

Nearby there is a village pub with restaurant. The village post office and a few local shops are also close by, while Stroud, the main town, is 2 miles away with farmers market on Saturdays as well as usual shops and supermarkets.

The cottage is available all year round, including winter weekends and short breaks.

Our normal weeks are from Friday afternoon to Friday morning the following week.

The following prices apply for short breaks when available - based on the full-week price quoted above. Mid-week breaks are Monday-Friday, weekend breaks Friday-Sunday/Monday. Other days may be available by arrangement.

£250 per week, 4-night mid-week break £175, 2/3-night weekend break £125/£150 (25pn)

£350 per week, 4-night mid-week break £245, 2-night weekend break £175 (35pn)

£450 per week, 4-night mid-week break £315, 2-night weekend break £225 (45pn)

Prices shown in brackets are for each extra night, should this be required.

Prices are for up to six adults sleeping and include bed linen and towels.

Prices do not include electricity or gas - payment cards are provided and will need to be topped up by guests.

20% non-returnable deposit payable on booking, balance due six weeks before start date. No refunds can be made after the final payment becomes due.

For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date a discount of 20% may be given for bookings made for one couple only (two adults sleeping - one bed).
