Lunaria, Tetbury, GloucestershireSleeps 4 No smoking, sorry no dogs This newly built self-catering apartment is just a few minutes walk from the centre of ancient Tetbury. Best known for being near the home of the Prince of Wales, the town is brimming with antique shops as well as the Highgrove Shop which was the brainchild of the Prince himself. The South Cotswolds offer an abundance of diverse activities, all of which are just a short drive from Tetbury. The National Arboretum at Westonbirt, The Wildfowl and Wetland Trust, Berkeley Castle and the historic City of Bath, for example, range between 10 and 30 minutes drive. There are numerous golf clubs within 20 minutes drive including the three Minchinhampton courses just 10 minutes away. For the horse enthusiast there is racing at Cheltenham in the winter and Bath throughout the summer and, of course, events at Badminton and Gatcombe. The apartment sleeps four people in considerable comfort in a good sized double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a spacious twin bedded room with adjacent bathroom. The sitting/dining room is well appointed and has wide-screen TV and DVD player in addition to WiFi broadband. The stylish kitchen has a gas hob with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer in addition to all the equipment you would expect in a property of this quality. Gas central heating. Within easy walking distance are five pubs and numerous restaurants offering choices to suit every taste. For the self-caterer the supermarket is only a ten-minute walk away and the local convenience store is nearby. The apartment is available all year round, including winter weekends and short breaks.
Our normal weeks are from Friday afternoon to Friday morning the following week, but Saturday changeovers may also be possible. The following prices apply for short breaks when available - based on the full-week price quoted above. Mid-week breaks are Monday-Friday, weekend breaks Friday-Sunday/Monday. Other days may be available by arrangement.
Prices shown in brackets are for each extra night, should this be required. Prices are for up to four adults sleeping and include bed linen and towels. Prices include electricity, gas and use of the broadband connection. During summer high season (3 July - 28 August) a discount of 20% may be offered for bookings within 6 weeks of the start date if the apartment will be used by one couple only (two adults sleeping - one bed). 20% non-returnable deposit payable on booking, balance due six weeks before start date. No refunds can be made after the final payment becomes due. Sorry, no dogs, no smoking.
